Meet balls

I've been laying on the guilt to the rest of the family that they don't cook as much as me... and it's an effort! So, tonight Paul made Walnut Meet Balls.

I try to have a bowl of chickpeas, lentils, walnuts, almonds or beans soaking a couple of times a week for all our recipes. I can't stand the taste of unsoaked walnuts now.
